I had an offer with sprinkler 3 yrs back for 36lpa(4 yoe back then). I got very bad reviews from its employees. Made me not join it. Their gurgaon CTO apparently was too troublesome and I just had to see data scientist ratings of Bangalore vs gurgaon. Bangalore was 4/5 and gurgaon was 1. They were saying good work was a joke in sprinklr. They just pay you somewhat well

And lol. Google search of sprinklr gurgaon CTO was giving 'dumbest CTO and toxic culture's review as first result back then. Now it's barely moved to 3rd result I think😂

Interested to see the comments. I have personally tried 4 times for Sprinklr in the last 3 years and never got through the screening process itself because I dont have any IIT/IIM tag in my profile for a non-entry role. Tried getting referred that too failed because they folks from t1 colgs in junior roles.
