New to gymming Im following the athlean X 3 month beginner workout. Any guidance or tips on gymming is appreciated
Hi comrades, i recently bought cult membership and currently I am overweight, want to reduce some weight and gain some strength, I am completely new to this fitness journey and I don't know which equipment and how to use and start, is there any apps or coach for a little amount who can help getting started in this journey.
Is healthifyme ai assistant worth to get the gym plans from it ?
Hey, glad to hear you're starting out on your fitness journey, buddy. Honestly, you don't need any equipment at all, just a little discipline and perseverance. Get up at 5 in the morning and go for a run. Take the stairs and not the elevator. Eat good. Sleep better. But you gotta do it everyday. That's the hard part. Over time, it gets easier. And enjoy the process. A healthy body and mind awaits :)
Currently hired a coach from Fittr,they have given both diet and workout plans. It's working for me. Try it out.
