Unfortunately you won’t solve a bigger problem in an MNC, you will be part of a much larger team where you will contribute to some level of problem solving. There are two issues with this:
- Not enough autonomy for you, so you won’t have enough ownership.
- The time taken to solve a problem at an MNC is higher since there are more processes in place, and the problem in it itself might be bigger too.
If you are looking for stability, and maybe the chance to get some experienced mentor go for the MNC.
If you want to genuinely solve a problem and learn in a shorter period of time, stick to a start up.
Just one advice, try to go for a start up with some experienced PMs.
