Struggling to switch companies. Some advice on how can I get pass that screening resume stage

What am I doing apart in my application process:

1. Asking for referrals on LinkedIn (99% dont even open the message)

2. Active on Naukri, Instahyre and Linkedin.

3. Asking my friends who work at big tech for referrals

I only got 2 oa links ( paypal and amazon) , I fucked up both of em.

I am really fucking clueless on what I can improve. I really really hate my current job as I am not learning anything and has a pretty shit culture where shipping crazy fast is the only thing which matters rather than writing and designing scalable systems.
