What am I doing apart in my application process:
Asking for referrals on LinkedIn (99% dont even open the message)
Active on Naukri, Instahyre and Linkedin.
Asking my friends who work at big tech for referrals
I only got 2 oa links ( paypal and amazon) , I fucked up both of em.
I am really fucking clueless on what I can improve. I really really hate my current job as I am not learning anything and has a pretty shit culture where shipping crazy fast is the only thing which matters rather than writing and designing scalable systems.
Stats:
2023 grad (9.31 cgpa tier 2 college) 2 internships + 1.5 years of fte experience
Hate for my job is over 9000, looking for switch; want to work where I really learn something or atleast some stable company.
