How to switch companies
I have 2.5+ yoe in Java & Spring Framework from a product company. I want to switch to startup for new challenges as well as a good pay. Can someone help me out with what steps I need to follow.
Hi guys I'm a campus hire, 1 year experience. I want to switch to a different domain. I see people switching from my company to much better offers but I can't really ask them because my managers may hear about it. Do you guys apply to jobs via linkedin? Directly to company website? Via referrals? Are there jobs that aren't listed on company websites? Pls help a noob out, any guidance is GREATLY appreciated. I really want to switch careers asap.
Create an ATS friendly resume, build skills, and start applying on Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
Before placement I've tried applying on linkedin and other portals like unstop and indeed but I saw no responses 🥲 was starting to distrust them. Maybe didn't have an ats friendly resume back then, thanks for bringing it up!
Resume plays a huge role then you need to set your profile on portals properly. The you need to log in daily morning 9am and update slightly on naukri for visibility. Then you need to reach out to HR through cold mails. All this will take atleast 5-6 months to make you visible to recruiters.
