Switch within 1 month

I have joined a company which i don’t like in a month and now i have decided to switch should i inform that to my next employer .

I am thinking to continue, likewise and not inform as its less than a month. If they comes back asking i can respond the issue and my dire for a job as i need to pay emi and dependents so i joined but it turned out the company have poor worklife

Yes, you should be open about why you're looking to switch. Don't hide it, don't bad mouth your ex employer. Just state the reasons why it's not working out.
