I am looking to buy a tablet mainly for notes making and YT learning. I have 5’4 inch screen mobile so I usually avoid using it for notes taking or watching videos.

iPad is hands down the only thing that is worth its money.
I don't like the feel of the apple pencil. Feels like I'm gonna crack the glass. Bought the Samsung tab S8 last year with the keyboard. The spen has a better feel but the tip might need to be replaced in a few years during prolonged use(same true for pencil I guess)

Give a look to Lenovo p11 2nd gen. 1/3rd the cost of an iPad and offers decent functionalities.
