TCS Digital or Accenture

Hey Folks, I'll be graduating in July and I have 2 offers in hand TCS and Accenture.

I'm in a dilemma about which offer to choose because many IT professionals have mentioned that TCS doesn't have as many projects, and its work culture is not that good.

I'm also considering the long-term growth prospects and career advancement opportunities offered by both companies. Additionally, I'm evaluating factors such as salary, benefits, location, and the alignment of the company's values with my own career aspirations.

Need your help in choosing a good career friendly company and also long term growth as an individual.

Hi there,

As you are a fresher, I suggest you join any company other than TCS.

I feel TCS would be good for the people who are experienced or who are yet to retire from their IT career. I joined TCS as a fresher and used to regret most of the time, for joining as a fresher and have been unfortunately still working for it.

I can say the only advantage of TCS would be the job security.Cons in TCS are - Slow growth in the career, Annually less salary hike (single digit percentage), its no Re-hire policy etc.

Comparatively, other companies salary hikes are better and the career wise those provide better opportunities, anyways we can't guarantee on the job security for other companies.

Just shared my opinion. At the end of the day, it's completely your choice to choose based on the criteria you needed.

Hope this helps. Decide wisely, All the best!

Both are same work wise. But looks like Accenture is doing good culture wise and AGI . If there is no significant difference in package , choose Accenture.

TCS vs Accenture

Hi everyone, I wanted to know which company is better, TCS or Accenture? I know both are top companies in the IT sector, but where I can get more salary? How is the work culture in these companies? Thanks in advance.

Confused in selecting the offer.

I got selected for Accenture of the role packaged app developer associate(4.5LPA) and in TCS Digital(7LPA) with the role of System Engineer. But today I got Accenture joining and didn't get TCS joining. Don't know whether to join Accentu...

What's a stupid career move that you still regret to this day?

My story: I quit my stable good job with just one offer in hand back in December 2019, I wanted to enjoy the long December break before taking up the new role in January..

Then the pandemic hit and the company I was about to join bec...
