TCS has linked it's variable pay with attendance.
Is TCS only a company taking such hard steps or some others are in queue.
Why is TCS so hard suddenly. As it had a policy earlier like 25-25. ( 25% attendance by 2025).
Does RTO below then 60% impact the quarterly variable or not ?
They never provide cab. They want people to stay 9 hrs in office and now linking VP to rto is a cheap strategy.
They never pay full VP already and now have got another reason to starve on employee's VP
This is how they are showing profits.
After receiving revised compensation this month my salary has become as same as 5 years back
A huge deduction i never expected this time

Do we need to stay in the office for 9 hours ? Weekly 45 hours? If we are staying in the office will it affect the quarterly variable pay ?
