The irony of non vegetarians

They won’t kill the animals themselves. Because that would make them feel guilty. So they outsource the guilt to butchers so they can have their sinful meal.

Never understood these people

Plants are alive . Animals are alive.

Plants feel the pain. Animals feel the pain.

Plants don't express pain in fashion recognised by humans. Animales express pain in fashion recognised by humans.

Hence some people feel it's okay to kill plants but not animals.

It's all about humans bro. We made all the rules. We would cry of someone stole our piece of land but we forgot that we took it int he first place from some other wild animals. But we are humans ..toh it's okay..

We humanes define everything as per our convince ki what is okay to do in this world and what is not.

We are okay to buy special equipment to kill cockroaches, while we certainly won't be if cockroaches decided to team up and kill humans.

We are humans and we are all biased and unfair to other life forms.

We are just fighting on what level of unfairness is okay and what is not.

But then look the world from a third person's perspective and you will see everything thing unfair is beyond the limit.

I am pretty sure that not every cow gives the consent for it to be lactated for industrial purposes for an entirely different life form.

Plants don’t feel pain in the same way. We don’t KILL plants. This whole argument falls flat because even you know it’s weak

This coming from people killing mosquitoes with their bare hands😂

Civilized people don't do that, they but pesticides and repellant. Fix your savage habits, maybe that will make you employable?

Why you want to rant? What’s frustrating you?

Plants don't have a central nervous system like animals or humans. They can't feel pain like evolved mammals do. Non vegetarians trying to play smart by misrepresenting any chemical reaction as pain.

Swiggy helps deliver non veg food. And I heard that the best sold dish is chicken biryani. In a way all the employees there are helping kill the animals.

ZestyPretzel
ZestyPretzel

Yes and I don't pretend eating plants and animals are the same. Eating plants is obviously less violence and kinder than eating animals.

Its a debate which neither of the side can win. Its upto you to decide what do you want to eat or not, but you cannot and should not force or question what others like to eat. It goes for both vegetarian and non vegetarian. If you think by eating non veg if someone is scamp, then don't try to understand these people. Life is too short to waste on such thoughts. See netflix documentaries on crimes and you will know what actually sin is.

Fair enough. Either side can’t win this debate

@Codex Totally agreed, and if you argue with them they'll blame you for killing plants.
According to them plants also have life and they also feel pain. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Btw you vegetarian or vegan if you don't mind?

Slaughtering an animal for food is not a sin. Wasting the animal is.

Are you having human breast milk in your tea? Cause I'm pretty sure cows can't consent.

C'monnn, you didn't just compare milking with killing. 😂😂

What makes you think that we won’t do it ourselves? It’s a labour intensive process which requires specific tools which most people don’t have at home. So people outsource the job to a someone who is experienced and has the tools.

This is an urban phenomenon anyway. In rural areas, a lot of people butcher themselves.

Zomato Veg Fleet

I think we all judged Deepinder a little too harshly. He knows that there is a possibility that a vegetarian can get served chicken instead of paneer makhani, like what happened with me just now and hence he had set up a pure veg fleet. ...

Concept of Karma is useless (Happy to be corrected)

You know I feel like the concept of karma is useless. It behaves like a coping mechanism. It’s almost like “dil behalne ke liye galib yeh khayal accha”.

If it would exist then,
