Hi everyone , as the title mentioned i am getting tired with this corp culture. My managers are giving bullshit timelines for tasks and expects me to finish it. Now i know u guys gonna give me advice to switch on mncs but my friends at mnc are also saying same things. I am just really getting fed up . Its just been 2yrs for me. Expect salary i could never find anything good in it but i really dont see a long term career in this .
I just keep it clear to them that they can’t give the shit on me. And I even make the deadlines clear to them on my convenience. I don’t know ur domain or company but this holds same on every one who works in corporate, that keep it in the clear and don’t work even for extra second if it doesn’t make sense to you. I have worked my overtimes but I understood that its actually required, if its not I would just make it clear, even if they had escalated it I would keep the same on whatever i told to my manager.
