Too many MBAs ruining companies?

We need more MBA's

There is no degree that shapes you holistically into a much better person.

Too Many MBAs ruining manufacturing companies, which there are not enough of in India. The problem Elon mentioned is with USA, India doesn't have enough QUALITY MBAs (part time from Amity doesn't count lol)

Don't know about west. But in our country there are two kinds of people who do an MBA

1. People who don't like their existing job.
2. People who don't have a job.

lol, MBAs know how to extrapolate the cost of everything but they don’t know the value of anything. Value comes from building or selling , not “managing”. What MBA teaches you is a bunch of basic courses and how corporate works, that falls flat on its face when they are asked to show results(aka value) . Moreover, courses complicate simple things to justify the cost of such a course. This simple idea of complicating simple things is what leads to actual value builders calling MBAs out.
