UI designers, please double check your upload before posting it

As a backend developer working in an early-stage startup, I sometimes have to rely on frontend designs to decide what all needs to be included in the API response. I understand that designers sometimes have to copy and paste from other pages to save time. However, if you are not double-checking it before uploading, there is a very good chance you will miss some buttons here and there. Since I am relying on that design, I will develop the APIs for it. Before you find it and change it, I would have already completed the API, rolled it out at least to QA. If I have to redo all that again, test it, and release it, it will cost at least one more day. Let's not do that again, shall we?
