I think the real question hould be what defines problem solving, whether it is leetcode rounds or HLD/LLD rounds. But in my view leetcode rounds really defines algorithmic thinking and problem solving. Whereas HLD/LLD rounds checks one's knowledge about basic software engineering principles or more of presence of mind in scenario based questions. I might be wrong, but that's what I feel.

Lets see which other company agrees to this here. Its a buyer's market, unless you are "10x coder" why should anyone care.
