What are your thoughts on changing companies for every 2 Years, Is it considered as good, as far as I think we need to change the company every 2 years until we get the technology landscape and desired salary.

I think yes.. Because in every company there is a chance to get promotion after one year. so if uh switch companies after every 2 years. It is beneficial for your career growth....

There’s no point being loyal to a company to be honest. It will not at all help in your career growth. 2 years should be the max cut off time.

If you can find good companies and relevant role then sure go for it. Its your career and decision. Employers don’t think a minute before laying you off irrespective of how long one has been in their org.
