Lately I have started focusing on health and career 😁
So, how many days a week u go for any physical activity?
Gym Swimming Badminton everything is fine.
I try to walk every day around 4 kilometers back and forth from the office. I take vitamin D3 10,000 IU once a week and consume about 50-100 grams of protein daily. Additionally, I play 45 minutes of badminton twice a week for agility.
What am I missing on?
I don't think you are actually missing anything. For me i just go to the gym everyday for about an hour and take a walk for 1-1.5 hrs during morning or evening. Other than that, i have removed sugar from my diet. Do you think taking protein artificially should help as i am against such things?
If you can complete your protein intake through whole foods then there is no need for additional supplements.But if you struggle to complete protein intakes due to time constraints, adding protein supplements is best way.Just make sure to buy authentic and good protein supplement.
I’m taking syntha 6 (vegetarian here, no way i can meet my protein req by paneer, soya etc)
Intermittent fasting
IF isn’t my cup of tea. Did it for 4 mos, brought down 10kg. As soon as I stopped all the gains vanished.
Plus my day used to go really weird, I would randomly zone off during meetings due to hunger.
Intermittent fasting should be strictly coupled with carb limit plus 0 sugar...
If anything hunger should be the last thing to happen as the body should have got adjusted to burning fat instead of carbs...
Do you have your vitamin D, B12 and Omega 3 tested for deficiency
If vegetarian, chk b12 levels
Are there any side effects for low b12 levels? Have been vegetarian for most of my life.
You will feel tired,low on energy, get body/leg aches,after good night sleep you will not feel you have slept enough. Pls check with doctor to get it tested.

What good health habits do you follow and hope people around you should follow? Me: Brushing twice a day and flossing daily at night. Bodyweight exercise more than 3 times per week.
Personally, I think the underlying factor for me has been being strict with myself. I try to work out 6x a week on a regular basis. Using my finances wisely with healthy meals. I mean, a burger from Louis Burger or a Pizza from Pizza Bak...
And here I am eating junk food everyday and barely exercising 🙂 This gave me some motivation
