What feeds your soul?

To quote Robin Williams - "medicine, law, business, engineering, these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life. But poetry, beauty, romance, love, these are what we stay alive for."

I look forward to the weekly badminton sessions with my friends for two hours on Sundays. The intensity, laughter, sweat and the following conversation in the juice shop. I hope our lives don't take this away from us.

So outside the typical work, sleep, eat cycle, what feeds your soul?

I think m still figuring out as to what feeds my soul. But i love to draw. Art lets me showcase creative side of me. Plus chess and badminton (hobbies) and reading poems. I dabble in lot of things.

What's one thing that instantly improves your day?

For me, it's hitting the gym at 6 am. That one hour makes me feel accomplished and keeps me going through the day. Even if work gets rough, I remind myself, 'It’s gym day tomorrow,' and somehow, that makes it all okay.
