What is C3A Level at TCS and How much should I negotiate Salary for that Level?

I have recently been offered Architect/Tech Lead position at TCS. I did some research and found I might get C3A level. I will be working on AI ML Domain (Generative AI). How much salary Can I Negotiate for I am currently have 20 LPA salary (17 fixed). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I don't know anyone working in TCS hence asking in this forum

Try to get as much as possible ..once you ar in .you will get very less increment year on year..25-30

I personally know many ITAs who get 20LPA.

Do not suggest something if you dont know about it.

It's very broad there are offers for 15lkhs and it goes it 35 lkhs.

Don't go for C3A.. go for ITA,VA will be 100%

Yes,but ITA gets 100% VA irrespective of which IOU you belong to but C3A gets cut in VA based on IOU/unit performance (30-50% cut)

Ask for 25lpa fixed, otherwise it's a waste of your time. Because once you join tcs, your pay won't increase until you switch. Also, as far as I know, you cannot leave and rejoin tcs again, please be mindful of that too
