Can I switch or stay?
I joined in Accenture in 2022 it's been almost 3 years at Accenture but no hike nothing. Am getting 6.5LPA. Overall experience 4.9 years. Can I switch now or wait for the next appraisal cycle? How's the market now?
I am thinking to put papers I am currently having 6.5 years of experience and recently I got a offer in a product based company but this is very small US based firm which is having office only in hyderabad in india.
My peers are saying If I put papers now and after notice period I will be released in November and it is a dry season for hiring. Any suggestions which is best month to switch because I want to get offer in MNC since I am having a bad experience with small firms they loaded me with work . I am in a complete dilemma.
Any suggestions will be helpful?
If you have made up your mind, the strong reasons, you could move on, as you already have an offer in hand. During this Notice Period you could look for more opportunities and if you get something better you could take that, if not you can go to this Product Based company. Even if you don't like this small company give it a shot for a year or 2 to see if it could be moulded. Otherwise you can start or initiate the process to look outside, BTW may i ask what technology and which company?
