I am evaluating a job switch some time and wanted to know the ideal range that is going into the testing community?
I4 years of SDET working at 25-30lpa as well as 5-6 years of QAs working at 15-20lpa bracket.
Just needed some guidance from the experts out here from QA/ SDET community.
To get a sense, what kinda companies have you worked with? - MNCs, Midcaps, Startups, IT companies?
