I want to switch but want a company which can provide me higher number of income for SDET or similar role, currently I am in 10-15 years of experience bracket so looking out the companies which provide such high package to SDET as well (Why Devs should have all fun?).
I am evaluating a job switch some time and wanted to know the ideal range that is going into the testing community?
I4 years of SDET working at 25-30lpa as well as 5-6 years of QAs working at 15-20lpa bracket.
Just needed some guidance...
Is there a threshold after certain experience ? Is it at par with other IT roles ? Can someone with higher experience in IT reveal it ?
How much does a SDET with 4years of experience would get when switching company in 2024?
