What's the best time to put down papers next year?

Hi I have 4YOE as software engineer and for the past 1 to 2 years I have been doing the same work to be honest I'm sooo done now.. I wanted to quit this month I have no offer... I am thinking to put down my papers next month .. The only problem is getting shortlisted for interviews as I work for service based company which have 90 days notice period due to which I'm unable to get any interview at all.. So even if I put down my paper in Jan end or mid I'll have to work until April is it a good time to consider to put down papers..

Yes I think it's a good time to put down papers in January. The IT job market is poised to increase significantly next year and from my experience, I've been getting a lot of interview calls in the past 3 months.
