When the hiring trend will normalise!

I am graduating in 2024 and looking for joining entry level product/business analyst roles . I am wondering when the things will get normalise and hiring frequency will become normal as most of the students even from IITs and other premium institutes are finding it hard to bag jobs unlike in past years , what should I do being a tier 3 college student having a mechanical engineering background who wants to switch to product/biztech roles
