When to do/not to do M.Tech?

I'm about to graduate as a B.Tech (CS) grad this year. I have a full time offer at the moment and joining is in June.

My question is this: I hear from people to go for M.Tech after 1-2 years of industry experience. Is it a good decision to leave a job to do an M.Tech after atleast 2 years of working in the industry?

And also will an M.Tech degree help my career in any way? Preferably in terms of better job opportunities in the future?

I really want to understand more about this.
