Which band is equivalent to senior manager in IBM

What is the equivalent of Level 8 in Mphasis say Manager , Senior Manager etc.,

IBM 17.4 fixed

Cognizant - 18.5 including variable

Yoe - 5

Tech stack - GCP Data Engineer

Please let me know which to join my joining is on November 20

So I'm trying to figure out HCL's designation hierarchy and I'm a bit lost. Can someone explain the difference between E2 and E3 bands? Like, is a senior tech lead more technical or management-focused? Thanks.
