which platform is good to search flats and apartments in BLR.

is no broker subscription is worth buying for ? If office is in Bellandur then which area should i target for?

Requirement is space as i am with family and a covered car parking is needed.

Wasting a lot of time of 99acer, magicbrick, no broker, mygate.

Please help.

Old and Traditional,Bike and Scooty. Look for To-Let boards from house owners, ask apartment guards and nearby shop owners. May take some time but you will find a good and affordable house. Avoid house owners with obvious red flags. If you are looking near bellandur, checkout area opposite to old wipro and AET cross for cheaper rent.

thank you so much for taking the time to share this.

I have planned exactly this for upcoming weekends and holidays.

Will go to old wipro area.

Thank you so much.

Certainly not grapevine. Try no broker

but am not searching for house here. I am asking for suggestion of house hunting apps from community here.

isn’t it what grapevine is for ?

community?

Thanks for No Broker suggestion, getting this a lot.

Going to buy basic plan of no broker.
Thanks

Go for broker

they will take 1 month rent.

idea of giving one month rent for arranging a meeting with owner is not seem justified in my POV.

I don’t earn that much that i can afford them.

Nobroker is utter shit!! Use flats and flatmates group rather than spending your money on this crappy NB!!

will keep it in mind

No broker subscriptions is not at all worth it. They show all over priced yet below average flats/houses.
Better to go to a traditional broker and tell them your requirements and get a house. IMO

will use this as well.

no need to pay to local broker unless you final the deal. so yah why not.

Thanks

If you have to travel daily to office and don't want to spend too much time on the roads then I would suggest looking for a house around Bellandur, Green Glen, Marathahalli, Sarjapur. I found my apartment via nobroker, didn't even have to buy any plan but that might not be the case now.

You can take the basic nobroker plan. The other ones are pretty useless

marketplace pr 80% frauds hai.

other day one person sent me QR code asking me to make advance payment to hold the property.

another was creating fake urgency to rent out his apartment.

having trust and safety issues on facebook.

on X … honestly i don’t understand twitter (X) … don’t use it.
