Why can’t companies remove HR dept

This dept is obsolete and not required the dept head should given responsibility to hire right person and other functional things they look into can be replaced with simple softwares like #kelaHr or #Zing . some startUp have taken bold step to already take actions In fact this dept spreads negativity in form of office politics of most Organisations.!!

I don't want to sound weird,
but a lot of frustrated members of the team go to HR cabin to get that whiff of uselessness to remind themselves that they matter.

Also, HR ladies actually keep some kids trapped for a month or two with nice smiles and cuteness overloading during Onboarding.

If I ever feel too dumb, I talk to one of the HR. Additionally, they generally enhance average BQ, i.e. Beauty Quotient.

A close friend of mine works in a big IT company as an HR, almost never heard of her work includes anything regarding employee wellbeing. Its just treating them as numbers and resources and cut cost to the company. So yeah kinda agree w your point.

Agreed with your thought. One counter points is that I wonder why CEOs of companies think that HR departments are needed? There are hardly any medium to large companies without HR departments
