Why doesn't anything feel worth it anymore

I noticed a pattern in myself. I chase a goal, I achieve it, be elated about achieving that goal for a few hours (A few days at best, if it's some really really great achievement), and everything feels the same again I'm off thinking about the next thing. Once I've got it, my mind just goes "this wasn't such a big deal". I got a pretty nice rank in NEET UG and also cracked the internship at Microsoft. I have won hackathons. I have overcome my shyness about talking to strangers. I have a lot of things to be proud of. I came really close to killing myself but have managed to live on, and this is my greatest achievement by far. I just wish I could be happy.

So there is no way to stop this cycle? Life is always gonna be like this treadmill?

There is a different way to see this. The journey is often more meaningful than the destination. What I feel & suggest is, we all need to find something to balance our life.
Ease up for a bit. Invest in some hobbies. Take some leisure time and spend time with your loved ones. Start giving love to your journey it deserves.

Happiness is temporary anyways, get used to it buddy. No one is sunshine and rainbows every day for their whole life.

Time on earth is finite and unpredictable, nothing else to do but to make the most of it and enjoy as much as humanely possible with a good set of people.

Work is work, pure survival. Passion is bullshit. Searching for happiness in work is a waste of time.

Getting increasingly bored of work at startup

What do you think: FAANG was (or wasn't) worth it?

I've gotten very comfortable now. WFH many days, take regular yoga and breaks without anyone asking where I've been. As long as I'm getting my work done and I'm in the meetings I need to be in, no one really asks me what I'm doing.
