Will my relieving letter mention a PIP exit?

Recently I was put into PIP, I have been given one month time to meet the targets. In case things go south, and I'm asked to leave, will my relieving letter mention that my exit was due to non performance in PIP?

If yes, then should I put a resignation to avoid this?

It's not mentioned and it shouldn't be.

It violates a fundamental right called right to livelihood by Indian constitution. This is punishable.

Better to resign the day before the PIP ends to avoid any risk
