Wipro work culture

Anybody working with Wipro Bangalore location? How is the work culture and WLB? Is it a hybrid working model or complete WFO?

Agree. What I meant was as an HR, you must be knowing where the wind is blowing ..

I am having 3days wfh and 2days wfo, it doesn't mean all companies have the same policy right? And it all depends on which profile/field u are in and requirement

Forget WFH. Everything will be WFO in 2-3 months. Max by new year. You are HR, you should know.

Every org has a different policy, being HR doesn't mean they know the policy for every company...PPL will not know unless they work there

Depends on which project you work for. Some clients have given exceptions on WFO as Bangalore doesn’t have ODC for that particular project. If you work on internal Wipro Project, the respective practice may mandate WFO. Currently Wipro follows 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH. An additional 15 days WFH can be taken in a year for health or caretaking reasons. Regarding WLB balance again depends on the project. Some projects work till late night by getting shift allowance. Some work without getting any allowance. Most internal projects and India client based projects follow 9-6
