Honestly disciplined routine works for me. Problem is I get easily bored of monotony. So kinda oscillating between yayy finally managing PCOS, to Oh shit we are back at it.

As a dude I don't know wtf y'all talking about but my 2 cents is that make the men in your life be aware when you are suffering. We can't do much but some extra help with chores, hugs and headpats can be of help during low points. And it's important to make them aware as we don't suffer from a crazy hormone cycle and we are stupid.
My wife has PCOS, but hers is not that severe compared to what I read online about it. She has symptoms that you mentioned but at low severity.

Check your thyroid, diabetes, sugar levels regularly if you are over or near to 30.
There are some nutrionist who provide PCOS specific diet, check with them. There is also one book on pcos by rujuta diwekar, wife tried concepts from it for few days, they were also helpful.
We consulted one ayurvedic doctor, after that her periods became normal and regular.
She stopped those medicines when she got pregnant and after her delivery, she is very much normal and on no medication. Following normal regular diet
Mostly everything boils down to, less stress, regular deep sleep, good diet and physical activity.
Intermittent fasting helped me overcome my cravings and balance my blood sugar . Exercise keeps my pms in check. My symptoms were not severe to begin with but minoxidil helps with hair. All the extra testosterone helps build muscle easily 💪
I’m in postpartum phase so its whole different league 🤕🫠😂
