My wife has PCOS, but hers is not that severe compared to what I read online about it. She has symptoms that you mentioned but at low severity.
She changed her job to less stressful one albit with pay cut. Removed packaged food from diet e.g. biscuits chips noodles, we started walking daily after dinner. Gave her fitness band to check steps and sleep quality
Check your thyroid, diabetes, sugar levels regularly if you are over or near to 30.
There are some nutrionist who provide PCOS specific diet, check with them. There is also one book on pcos by rujuta diwekar, wife tried concepts from it for few days, they were also helpful.
We consulted one ayurvedic doctor, after that her periods became normal and regular.
She stopped those medicines when she got pregnant and after her delivery, she is very much normal and on no medication. Following normal regular diet
Mostly everything boils down to, less stress, regular deep sleep, good diet and physical activity.
