Sorry for this out of context question, but I wonder how do you guys fight hairfall? I am experiencing hair thinning and hairfall.

Any good Dermatologist you guys can suggest?

Sach m kya? I am thinking to give myself 3-4 months with consistent usage of minoxidil.
If situation still won't improve, I will probably consult doc. Btw did you use Minoxidil?

Yes i was super casual with it. Skipped for says and shit. Now i am on my minoxidil 10 and results are stunning, if only I had used it earlier. It will definitely help with regrowth. Its basically a potassium channel opener so it promotes the blood flow through scalp and thats all u need basically with a good diet.

Hey man,

I will tell you very simple solution for hairfall, please follow them in varying steps if things don't work.

  1. Switch to RO water for your hair showers, do not let any other water apart from RO water touch your hair.

  2. Follow a timely diet with lots of fiber.

  3. If the above doesn't work, go for a PRP treatment. It is not a hair transplant treatment, for the whole course of 12 months or 12 sessions will cost you around 60k with meds

  4. Minoxidil will be prescribed in any hairfall treatment, but Minoxidil needs to be applied regularly till the date you don't want hair, because once you stop minoxidil your hair will start to fall again.

I have had my own treatment started 6 years ago, so everything above has worked for me, I have the best hair in the last 8 years.

Hope it helps

With PRP they must be giving finastride tablets to use regularly. And it has many side effects in the long run which is very harmful. You will get good hair but loose on other things.

You can choose to stop finastride, I did get some libido problem, which stopped once I stopped taking it

Hey!! Thanks for recommendation! Did you also visit?
How was your experience?

I didn't visit for hair issue but some of my friends did. They had pretty good experience. Although first thing you should try is get a water filter and use that for hair wash.
