Yup, I came back from my home to Blr 3-4 days ago, and I'm getting a lot of hair during combing/ oiling, it's never happened before this severely.
I was living in Blr till mid June and went home for a while, and came back actually
Usually happens because of banglore water. Use filtered / drinking water on hair
Hard water may be one of the reason,
But if its severe hairfall I recommend you to go for Blood Test that specially include CBC,Vit D,Iron,Thyroid.
By this you will figureout the nutritional deficiencies & consult a doctor with your reports to get adequate supplementation. Because body has to be treated internally rather than externally Most important have a healthy diet & sleep Hope you recover soon 😇
