Facing hairfall and grey hair

Living in BLR since around 2 years and facing hairfall and hair greying. Anyone knows any remedies or a good hair doctor in BLR preferably around Indiranagar? Also, if anyone knows a good dietitian as well please recommend.

It's likely water.

Anything above 300 TDS is deadly for the hair.

Wash hair one a week and apply hair oil for 30mins before wash. Grey hair are a result of stress and lesser vitamin B12+ D. Get those tested.

Used to feel a bit concerned about my hairfall situated 6-7 years ago...not anymore...why so? Because I have lost hair to max extent possible..with a reasonable size football field on the top..with outfield stretching like a necklace around top.
