I am 22 M, currently living in Bangalore. I am facing with hairfall issue and I want to reduce the hairfall and regrow my hair. Does anyone recommend good clinic for checkup or routine to regrow my hair.
Minoxidil is suggestable only incase of Androgenic Alopecia / Severe Tellogen effluvium, so dont jump into it soon
First get you're blood test done, i'm sure you may nutritional deficiency that's main reason causing haifall Blood test should include CBC, Vit D,Vit B12, iron, zinc & thyroid test
Then consult a doctor with these report, fix your nutritional levels, remember it takes time atleast 3-6 months, first indication of recovery is your hairfall will reduce then hair will start to grow gradually over period of time
Most important have healthy diet & good sleep
Don't stress no matter what
After you fix everything, if you feel issue isn't resolved then discuss about minoxidil-fin with doctor as last option

First, Go to derma. I was given to apply minoxidil when i was 22, I ignored and the future isnt so good now.
I wish i had listened to her back then.
second, Start using mineral/ro water to wash your head everyday. You can also use shower head filter from amazon.
Listen to me, or you’ll have much less hair in your future.

Re’equil hairfall serum works well for me.. you can get shampoo, serum and conditioner combo for around 1k on their site…
Is it only for stopping hairfall or does it also help in hair growth?

I am using Aravi Organic hair growth serum which is basically redensyl. It has been a week and I see no effect whatsoever aside from increased hairfall during shower but I am gonna continue for a month atleast to see if it actually works or should I visit a doctor.

24M from Bangalore. Bhai itna jaldi takla nai hona abhi toh shaadi bhi nai Hui meri. No clue what to do? Did not even anticipate this problem so early in life. I use tresemme shampoo.
Should I add a water filter? Change shampoo?
