Workplace issue !!!

Manager seems to give more work when I complete the assigned task in a short period. Should I do work at the pace of others in the team who work at normal pace or continue with the very fast pace. How to escape this deadlock.

Btw, I try to be fast paced in my work to maintain WLB and have some me time.

Advise/Opinions please.

This. During my internship I was able to do the entire weeks task in few hours and was bombarded by more tasks, later on I decided to push the code only at the end of each week(even tho I was maintaining the same pace)

WLB boundaries at work.

How do you define work life balance boundaries at work? Everyone in my team works 10-12 hrs daily, it’s business as usual for them. I joined recently and it’s very problematic for me, I literally get no time to do anything else. I fear...
