I have spoken to my boss about timings as well things are moving in the right direction touch wood 🪵.
If I can get a list of diets where the calories should be less but it should keep me and my hunger in control of anyone can help..with it.

Bro I have been working in such a beautiful organisation for more than 5 years initially when I started in 2019 I was placed in the NRI Department and I got an opportunity to deal with all educated NRIs across the globe..which helped me with my career and I got promoted to much higher department in transaction banking trade finance vertical where I'm placed in exports department but the entire team's work is given to me if I go they all cry like if without me the bank will not run and right now I'm admitted to hospital due to all this stress there consperecy and a boss who is super toxic..The bank has always supported me brother but the department where I'm in is seriously like the show should run anyhow..but that's not the way to fix the things ..there has to be a critical thinking and reasoning for it.
