I'm trying my best to get in shape but it is not coming up with the workload and a type of job I have at the moment with ICICI Bank no work life balance there is a in time but there is no out time...fixed and they don't even pay you extra for working late hours I'm mean what's wrong no one is rasing voice against this.
Calorie deficit diet, eat more filling food that doesn't make you snack often. If possible replace one meal with just fruits and veggies.

Be consistent in your exercises and make sure you get enough rest. Pre and post workout protein diet with low carbs.
45 min exercise is more than sufficient but make sure you squeeze every min while exercising.
Your height to weight ratio is good just burn the fat.
Regarding your job all I can say is try to switch department. If that doesn't work try applying somewhere else maybe try for wfh somewhere since you said something related to having health issues. That's all I can advise

I have spoken to my boss about timings as well things are moving in the right direction touch wood 🪵.
If I can get a list of diets where the calories should be less but it should keep me and my hunger in control of anyone can help..with it.

Bro I have been working in such a beautiful organisation for more than 5 years initially when I started in 2019 I was placed in the NRI Department and I got an opportunity to deal with all educated NRIs across the globe..which helped me with my career and I got promoted to much higher department in transaction banking trade finance vertical where I'm placed in exports department but the entire team's work is given to me if I go they all cry like if without me the bank will not run and right now I'm admitted to hospital due to all this stress there consperecy and a boss who is super toxic..The bank has always supported me brother but the department where I'm in is seriously like the show should run anyhow..but that's not the way to fix the things ..there has to be a critical thinking and reasoning for it.
Eat calories deficit diet,but in healthy manner it doesn't means no eating you have choose right healthier options foods for you.which can give you energy, feeling satiated,non bored and at the same time happy as well. Want any recipes you can ask me .
Stay hydrated as well. Try to move and be active as much as you can. Add any kind of physical activity in your daily routine atleast intiate with alternative days . You can do it 💪🏻🔥 man
