Loneliness.. 
It kinda kills you from whithin. 

Looking at people around you and make you feel more alone . 

A vicious loop it seems. 

You seek just one person whom you can talk to unhinged. Unfiltered. 

But koi aisa exist hi nhi karta . 

Bhagwan to shayad zyada hi non participative , non responsive listener hai. 

Sometimes I wonder what is the amount of sadness that this heart can actually hold ! 

I am too heavy! To wounded to open up.

And ofc, kafi arse se theek hi hu mai !

I am 21 years old. I have good offers (20lac+) from good companies, but I am not happy.

I always feel that something is missing in life, I don't know what and why I feel so.

I tried to get in a relationship, but whenever I express this feeling, things get bad between both of us. I really want to love and get loved.

I have been living my life alone for about 3 years now. I want to make friends, and I want to be in a relationship, but the last 3 years have not been nice to me because of which I don't like going out and having fun.

I was in a depression and a workaholic nerd for the past years and feel that now I have got wired in such a way which is not letting me have fun and enjoy life.

I find myself lonely.

Whenever I don't have anything to work on, I get anxious, and I get this question, what am I doing with life.

Maybe I am feeling lonely while writing this post and may sound little gone case.

Open to your suggestions, do share your stories if you have been through this phase.

I have been in this industry for 4 years now and there is not a single day that i hated this place any less. Today 9th August 2023 i am all alone in my room thinking to myself about what’s the point of this? 

I have no life i am all alone and tbh i have no real friends. A few of them that i do have are so far away from me busy in their life. No love life no social life. At 27 i feel wasted, done, finished let me clarify not in a suicidal way. I just feel exhausted my body is breaking down by the day i feel. I am just broken at this point and feel like quitting this profession altogether. I just don’t feel happy. The more i work the more irritated and frustrated i get.
To top all that i have no one to share my emotions with here. Call it whatever you may wanna call a cry for help, a rant or nonsense. I am at that point where every morning feels like punishment. Every night that i go to bed i try to stay positive but i am not able to. I just hate everything. 
I am not a lazy man i work for 10-12 hours everyday and i think now that has finally got to me as i feel finished.
I don’t know if anyone will read it or not i just wanted to reach out to people or anyone who feels like me. Broken tired and just done with everything.

I always hated WFH during Covid days. I have always made good friends at work. Sometimes even girlfriends (when I leave the company). 

Now I recently joined a company with amazing salary. But it’s work from home. I spend most of my time on a bed. Even if I do something productive, that’s completely being alone. 

Sometimes I go days without speaking a word. And I can’t talk to old friends every day. It’s become very lonely and I really miss Working from Office. 

P.S: I stay in a rented flat with a friend. Even he’s most of the time unavailable due to his office.

Work From Home what do you do for fun?

Last week, there were overlap of plans and I got an hour or so alone.
I had earlier thought it wouldn't be much of issue, until I realized how loud thoughts are. 

Internet was also wobbly so couldn't scroll social media to avoid world

P.S. I am talking about being alone not loneliness

When was the last time you were alone with your thoughts?

Holi hai? Diwali hai? So what, nothing to enjoy. Lets spend the day laying on the bed, watching stuff over phone. Feeling less and less disconnected with friends, to the point where I feel I don't even have friends. College friends are based in another city. Didn't even try to make friends at workplace. Stuck alone in my homecity as past 6 years I was based somewhere else completing my grad and preparing for jee. Prior to that focused a lot on studies. So had little to no interaction with people during academics. And now when I have time and money to spend, there is noone with whom I can have fun with.

The older I get, the lesser my excitement becomes for festivals

Moved to a city from a Village. I felt the same. The reason is that cities are culturally and morally bankrupt.  Except mindless consumerism and inflated egos , cities teach you nothing. 
 The longer one lives in cities, people just become animals in fine clothes.

Like you might be passionate about so many stuffs but you just don’t have that passion in anyone around you and you end up being yourself, overtime becoming very lonely while still consuming content at high pace.

How do you deal with loneliness?

I work as a data scientist in a remote setting. I meet my team once a quarter. Here in Bangalore all my friends and my wife have work from office so I end up getting too lonely working from home. Also, this has shrinked my network compared to before. How are others in the city handling this? What forums, IRL places do you visit to counter this. Imho, This surely isn't great for long term career prospects.

Look on the positive side. You have a job which is remote.
