TCS BPS to Tech Role. Possible?
Worked in BPS for 3 years. Learned Python/SQL on weekends. Can I shift internally to a developer role, or better to switch companies?
I completed 3 yrs in tcs. I started my career in tcs as a business analyst (even though my background is btech) in a project which doesn’t use any tools and not a full fledged role. As there is no learning i opted out from that project. Iam preparing for CAT now for mba. At the same time i want to switch from the company as i completed 3 yrs as there is no growth prospects here and coz of less salary. Even though something goes wrong in CAT i need to continue in IT. Suggested me role/technology that i need to learn to switch to other company using my 3 yrs of work ex.
