What will be the salary of a Senior Tax associate in Big 4 with 2 years' experience in US Tax . 

Currently as a fresher I'm getting 6lakh CTC. 
Just curious to know.

After reading replies in grapevine for dystopian policies, HR policies, work culture, companies to avoid(looks like all companies should be avoided), related questions I'm kind of regretting as I took the decision to stay back in India and not pursue masters abroad to live with my parents.

Given how pathetic the work culture is in almost all the startups(I'll go with 99.99%), politics and poor work life balance and living in a country where I don't get any tax benefits even after paying 30+% direct income tax, is it really worth living in this country anymore ? I'm feeling very sad, looks like I missed the opportunity to go abroad as I'm 25 now. Only my love towards my parents is holding me back since they both are around the age of 60 and I don't want to be the son who will make crores of money abroad and not be with them in case of any emergency. I'm don't want to leave them alone. Looks like there is no hope working in India. 😔

I am sap functional consultant with 8 years exp and close to 20L ctc including bonus . 
I am not getting promoted in Deloitte so wanted to see what my options are in big 4 i am yet to receive hike and i got exceptional rating in Deloitte so my ctc might become 24L minimum . 

Any suggestions or knowledge on what others might offer me or am in a pretty decent range ??

Context - Since Deloitte does not get a lot of projects, they bend over their knees in front of clients and do each and everything like literally peon, clerk jobs too if client asks them to.

I was deployed at a client location 5 days a week and was not giving any specific work to do but was told "Jo client bole wo karna hai". Client was a 24 yr old kid earning 80% lesser than me. He used to hurl abuses in the office, on weekends and even behaved physically inappropriately at times. When I informed the manager, he was like " tumse client handle nahi hora".

Even after raising it to HR, no action was taken and manager also got promotion inspite of being the one aware about everything and not stepping up. I was given way below appraisal than industry and company average and have been pushed aside by the company.

Request help from the community to help me with any openings or jobs in product management role in your company for me to move out of this toxic environment
