Has feminism ever been useful ?

I don’t support pseudo feminism and advantage takers; but there is lot of discrimination happening which men aren’t aware or unheard of.. at the time of in person interviews ( not sure now but pre-covid era) there are cases where interviewers have flirted & ridiculed the female interviewee.. There is still team members selection happening based on whether a woman is married, single, or is even pregnant. The belief that women cant put in the hours if married and/ or have children. Women cant work late hours and men can do it Women cant stay back late in office due to safety issues / women safety policies but men will stay back to meet the project deadlines. So my friend there are lot of unspoken hurdles. Not just always about money.

Feminism has hurt men because they are now not the centre of whole galaxy. So it has worked I is successful. 🤣

Feminism was started by Rockfeller family to break family so they can earn more from taxes and then start sexual revolution followed by pumping next generation whatever shit they want the students to study. Result is very much evident in form of gender "disease" in West where quater population dont identify as man/woman.

Pseudo feminism has done more harm than good. But that certainly doesn't mean feminism is an unwanted or unuseful thing. You should read about the Equality and Equity difference; the real intention behind feminism is along the lines of the Equity concept. If you think that the equity concept was not needed then you definitely need to learn more about how lots of women were being treated (or are still being treated ) in an unfair manner.

What you're looking at are South Delhi/Bombay content creators who most likely don't have to struggle as much as the regular woman. They whine about every little thing, better left alone. Women historically have been abused and discriminated against which prevented them from getting any jobs hence getting tied up in abusive families with domestic violence a common place. The fact that we see discussions on women willing to not marry or asking if they should marry on this platform is proof that feminism has indeed worked since women CAN make that choice which wasn't available 20 years back(societal pressure is a whole different thing which is something men face as well in this regard). Women are still in very early days in the corporate world, they need some sort of headstart which is done through pay parity/diversity hiring. The idea is simple when younger girls see their mothers and sisters in STEM related fields, it shouldn't look like a far-fetched dream which it mostly was 20 years back. As for pseudo feminists or women who misuse this, they still belong to the minority. You cannot take away the benefits from the whole group because of a few.

Take a survey amongst men and women and measure the below: 1. If possible assess their skill with their relevant experience. 2. No of working hours, efficiency and dedication( also no of leaves) Above are the two main reasons why you don't find many women in startups and unicorn companies, if you find them they are the top bcoz of their tech along with soft skills. ( i believe men are not that good at communication compared to women) 3. Diverse hiring: women are actually the ones benefitting from these type of favoring schemes tbh. People should get the job irrespective of their gender. Now a days corporates are filling women in every single designation to match the no of men irrespective of them not having the desired and required skills. Not sure if your company has this but all MNC's downfall is bcoz of this. I'm not a sexist for this, but this is my perspective ( ͡❛ ⍨ ͡❛)

Feminism is a fraud agenda

It has helped some women. It has hurt some women. But it certainly has helped corporates a lot.

Feminism has of course helped women get education firstly. Women who used to be smart or were able to even read were considered witches and you know what happened next. I don't disagree your point on pay gap but we've come a long way as a society. And I'm sure this won't exist in a few years!

Feminism as a concept is good because it gives equal rights to women. The main problem is excessive feminism amongst those who don’t need to be feminist. Like those women who are educated, independent, rich and even coming from urban elite are already accepted by society as successful. They can rise to upper level in company with their talent. The problem lies with those who are marginalised like they don’t come from educated families, they don’t have the means to get a good job and are treated by men with disrespect. They should get the benefits of feminism by giving priority to get a good education, job over the former class of women. Because after all all they do deserve some help and why can’t these rich, educated, high class women sacrifice some of their entitlement for other women who are in need. So in reality they actually make sure these not so fortunate but talented women don’t rise up. That’s like nepotism in Bollywood where Ananya Pandey’s are hating Kangana like women to rise up. The feminism of Ananya is wrong that’s my point.

Yes, feminism is useful in movies, ted talks, seminars or whenever someone with huge amount of do number ka paisa has to give a motivational speech !

Only the victims of Male chauvinism and patriarchy CAN understand feminism, no one else in this god damn freaking universe!!!!!

Originated in west, the idea has completely failed western society. Broken families, lakhs of single mother and women on onlyfans are some of the greatest achievement feminism has given to the western society. same is coming to india soon.
