For me, it was just believing there’s enough growth here in the coming few decades + friends/family Looking to hear if the reduced brain drain is actually true, and what makes people stay.

I'm 27, I've got 3 years of experience. 2 pre mba as a software developer at a US MNC (financial sector) and then total 1 year experience post mba (top 5 bschool India) as a pm. I quit my job for 7 months post mba to pursue entrepreneurship with an accelerator. Due to recent experiences, I've kind of had it and want to explore opportunities abroad. I know the MS route is the most common but back then I couldn't have afforded it. So I got a master's here because I got a good bschool. Now I'm feeling I'm stuck here, so for anyone who's managed to successfully move abroad post mba in India. 1. How did you do it? (Except internal transfers) 2. How many yoe did you have post mba? 3. Did you take a hit in comp (PPP basis) I am currently making 33lpa fixed + 6-7 in bonus/esops etc. I don't speak any foreign languages. What are my options? Do I have any options?

What do you think about infrastructure of Banglore with thoughts of yesterday's incident ? Is it good or too bad Or just underpass should get closed ?

First company shutdown it's operation and gave work to current company. Now new company took some of the employees from old company. I got selected in that. And I joined given that I didn't had other offer. But now after 1 month this company doesn't feel good. Desperately wanting to change the company as work is bad (although working on same work which I used to do, tech is very old, VB. Net) but not feeling enough prepared. And the current time is horrible. My company has 90 Days notice period. What to do? Recruiter on this spot reject direct after hearing 90 Days. (1 Year experience) (salary is around 10) Also wanted to change tech stack. And how much salary should I target now given the market condition? Some recruiter even straight away said you are already getting paid high. grapevine fellows, please advise.

we become so busy in our day to day life that we take all the miseries at work, injustice for granted and move on with heavy heart and feeling low Few eg - I dont like my work but have been doing this since long so no other option left - Never looked at things from first principles and now its very late to start again with right approach Peers, family make it worse and we are stuck. I fee thats Injustice to our self and life. It takes a lot of courage to move out of this and spend time on what you are good at. Did anyone feel this and won this battle?
