6 round leke kaun ghost karta hai yaar 😡

Gave 4 long rounds for Flipkart sde 2 position. Did a decent job in all rounds (according to me). Now I am getting ghosted. HRs are not picking my calls from the last 6 or 7 days. Also saw a leetcode post today, the person had the same 1st round as mine so I think he got selected. Feeling very sad because this is the 3rd company that has ghosted me after taking all the rounds. HRs don't even have the basic work ethic to say yes/no on a 30 seconds call. In the past couple of months I have given multiple interviews where the interviewer said that they are good to go for the next round as the interview went well but the recruiter keeps ghosting. I am not sure where I am going wrong?

Not able to get into HR rounds after doing well in technical interviews. Comp1: cleared 5 technical rounds. They asked me to come in person for a particular date, informed me that date and time will be informed later. After a week got rejection mail. Comp2: Done well in the technical round. Profile was in process status in the company portal for the last 45 days. Today I got a rejection mail. Mera life ithna kharab hogaya.... Ithna kharab hogaya..

I had a recent experience of having an interview with this MNC and getting negotiation calls,and I was willing to settle near their offer, just because the office was very nearby and then suddenly I got ghosted. I was not even actively looking for a job and 6 rounds of conversation and a month later I got ghosted. Why HR's don't give a black and white answers.

The interviewer Ghosted me during the interview round of a Bangalore based startup. Even called the HR multiple times, but no response from her as well, I guess she also ghosted me🤣

I had a very positive interview experience with one of the firms. I had cleared 3 rounds and my final round was a culture round with HR head and few colleagues from other departments. We had a very fruitful and fun conversation as well throughout the call. But after that it's been 3 weeks and they haven't contacted me or even sent a rejection mail. Not sure how to go about this, I have sent the HR a mail too to check on any updates. Any advice on how should I proceed?

Reflecting on the experience, I can't help but wonder what might have gone wrong. It's possible that the HR representative had already made up their mind about a preferred candidate, turning my interview into a mere formality. Alternatively, it's conceivable that the interviewer was fatigued after a long day of conducting interviews, leading to a less thorough evaluation of my candidacy. Regardless of the reasons behind the outcome, it's disheartening to feel as though my efforts were disregarded. As candidates, we invest significant time and energy into preparing for interviews, hoping for the opportunity to contribute to an organization we admire. In situations like these, it's crucial for HR professionals to act responsibly and ethically, providing transparent communication throughout the process. While I had hoped to receive feedback or at least a notification regarding the outcome, days passed without any communication from the company. The realization that I had not secured the position was disappointing, leaving me to contemplate the lessons learned from this experience and the importance of resilience in the face of setbacks.

My contract was terminated last month citing restructuring. Honestly, I saw it coming but wasn't expecting it would hit like this I tried keeping my mind distracted, but now it has started to sink I live with parents and they aren't saying anything (they were feeding me before and still are, no change for them) I have had thoughts of ending all this, but do not have the courage. What if it ends halfway and I am redundant my whole life? Credit card bills are coming through now and being 42% of my ex-salary wasn't something I was prepared for. I thought I was a sane spender.

What if a company conducted 9/10 rounds of interviews over 2/3 months and ghosted at the last round? What would you do? Why would any company do that ?
