People who are anti-diversity hiring need to go to a doctor.

When people can't blame themselves for their mistakes, they find out other people's flaws. Being UR, I have got the butt from reservation, but doesn’t mean all reserved candidates are bad.

Recently I came across a platform that hired only LGBTQIA+ folks. I'm genuinely curious how anyone would verify this. I agree with you, but diversity is a broad topic

Well, earlier people with advantages like religion,gender,caste, sexuality would take the jobs from people and take it themselves. It was unfair for the minorities, and now the reverse is happening. It is unfair for the other side now, it was bound to happen you can be upset but it's better to accept it unless there is an excess of diversity hirings.
