Accenture office culture now these days

When will Accenture give on boarding to the candidates. Recently , I heard that the Company is giving most of the on boarding process quickly to girls only. Is there a rightful reason behind it ? What about the boys who are on the same level but seeing their peers going to the company and earning salaries but they are staying at home ?

It's disheartening to hear about the negative aspects of Accenture's office culture, especially the lack of increments and concerns about the CEO's extravagant expenditures like buying an island for vacations. Such actions can breed resentment among employees who may feel undervalued and overlooked. It's essential for company leadership to prioritize fair compensation and address concerns about office culture to maintain employee morale and satisfaction.

Hi folks, Currently I am Senior Consultant (JL5A) in Infosys. CTC 17.5 L. Tech stack: Salesforce. YOE 7 I have an offer from Accenture for Job level 9 (Tech consultant). CTC offered is 30% hike. I have good ratings, RSU and decent work life balance in Infosys. Is it worth it to switch? Is the role offered in Accenture good as per my current role?

I was in an interview with a CEO of an 8 year old startup. The dude was vaping during the interview. Kept saying “whatever” to all my achievements, didn’t even see my resume before starting the interview. Stretched a 30 minutes call to 75 minutes where I only spoke for 15 maybe. I immediately withdrew my application post the call. Did anyone ever experience bad behaviour from the interviewer?

This is something I've started to notice a lot now that whenever I go to a company's LinkedIn page, most of the recent hires have been a woman. I'm only talking about tech companies and MNCs and gender based hiring. I've been on hiring panels before and we were asked to give preference to female candidates even if they underperformed because the team wasn't diverse enough. The same has been confirmed by my other friends who are in HR and TA. Not all companies do this but all the major companies definitely do from my experience. Again, this post is not to hate on women by any means but sometimes I wonder why is this even the case currently? Why can't we simply hire based on performance and experience rather than gender? I had to reject so many good candidates because their only mistake was that they were born as a male.

Hello Folks , I need some advice making a critical decision,I recently received an offer from PWC and after my negotiation HR told me that 35 percentage of hike on my base pay is the best she can do and this take it leave offer .I took it but now my current company Accenture is ready to match this offer few people at top level are willing to offer me same as part of promotion what I will be getting in PwC will it be wise to switch to PWC even if they are able to match my offer with PWC?
