I got an offer from Accenture. It says my Annual Fixed Compensation is 6.3 Lakhs.
Variable Bonus isn't mentioned clearly but ranges between 0-21%.

1. Can someone help me understand how much salary I'll get in hand in Accenture? What will be the annual CTC?
2. Also, is it a good time to join Accenture? I heard people talking about random layoffs and all.

My current CTC is 5LPA.
Also, at the end of the year my CTC in my current organization will be 6LPA.

I'm confused

I am a fresher, received a joining from Accenture for April. But I am currently also interning at a startup that pays stipend greater than Accenture in hand.
The internship will end around June and if they convert me pay will be around 9-12L (2-3x of Accenture).

So, what reasons can I give and delay my joining by a month or two? Also, if I don't join later, would they blacklist me?

I joined Accenture in 2021 at l10 and got promoted in 2022 June to l9 with 30%. After that dint get any increment in salary(only 3% once ) like most of my project colleagues. Now i got an offer with 30% hike but my managers are asking me to stay back,though they won't give me any promotion or increment in June cycle asnit is already locked ( that's what they are saying) but they are assuring me that they will match my offer in two cycles ( major % in dec cycle and remaining June 2025 cycle. Also ,they don't want to give anything in writing and want me to trust them. What should I do ,trust them and stay back or switch with 30% hike. I have total 9yeo and the new organisation is an Indian mnc. Plus I have a good repo here in Accenture and a good work life balance.

Please suggest if i should switch or wait

I am aware there are 4 cycles - March, June, September and December. However, I have not seen anyone getting any promotion in September maybe I'm not that much aware about. I am in promotion pipeline and my manager told December so I want to know is September still considered as promotion/hike period, this information is very crucial for my career. Kindly share your thoughts!

Hi Everyone,

I received an offer letter from Accenture on August 1st, with Kolkata as the location. However, my preferred location is Noida. Before accepting, I was informed by HR and recruiting agencies that;  after I accepted the offer letter will change the location and email to the POCs. Based on this, I accepted the offer and initiated my separation from Infosys.

Despite multiple follow-ups, my POCs have not responded to my emails or calls. My last working day at Infosys is November 1st, and my Accenture joining date is November 4th, but I have not received any onboarding communication yet.

I contacted the Accenture helpdesk yesterday, and they informed me that my location change request was approved but your BGC is at the final stage we didn’t share an updated offer letter before the Completion of BG check, and they said there is a possibility of extending my joining date. This is concerning, as I do not wish to extend the DOJ due to my LWD at Infosys. I also did not want to leave my current company before receiving the updates & onboarding emails from Accenture.
As around 15 days left; if Accenture does extend the DOJ, is it possible to extend my LWD at Infosys as well?

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this situation? To whom I contact ? I need confirmation on my joining date and location, as I cannot afford a delay in the onboarding process.

Hello Friends, Can anyone has experience when accenture team will connect after submitting govt id and 3 month salary slip? 

My interview has been conducted at 9 may 2024. They have declared my result like that
“We're excited that you've reached the next milestone in your recruitment journey at Accenture.”
I have uploaded the gov id and salary slip 24th may 2024. But they did not connect yet. My application is showing active category status is interview.

Please let me know anyone facing this issue & they have sorted out the issue. When will i get HR call?

Hey guys, I'm having my managerial round discussions with Accenture next week so trying to inquire more about the company's performance.

1. Since last year there were almost no hikes given, what is the expectation for this year? 
2. If I join by October, will I be considered for hikes this cycle? My guess is no. Let me know. 
3. My current firm is set to release next hike by May 2025 but if I join Accenture I will have to wait for a hike in Dec 2025. That means 1.5 years without a new compensation. What's the percentage I should be asking rn?

I got a summer internship at Accenture as an Advanced App Engineering Analyst, started yesterday. There are good chances of PPO post the internship and if I get the PPO then my college does not allow me to sit for placements with the exception of very few companies, which would have the most competition. I really want to get into a product-based company for a full-time role. I applied to Accenture since it was a summer internship. 

So, considering the worst-case scenario where I join Accenture as an FTE with no other options, how hard is it to switch to a product-based company? I'm a good learner so I can learn the required skills and already have some unofficial experience with web development and did good on ML and DL courses of my college with good projects to showcase my skills in them.
