Things you'll miss out if you don't come to Bangalore:
1. Incredible weather
2. Unbearable traffic
3. Insensible rents and deposits. (50k for 2bhk + 6months rent as deposit, unless you want to travel 1hr each side in traffic)
4. Good startup ecosystem.
5. Cafe and meetup culture. Idk what's the scene in GGN but Blr has it sorted.
Ggn has a much better dining scene imo, meet-ups not so much. +1 on others
RSUs given are one time here or same worth of RSUs will be given each year?
FWIW, raising kids on single income at 36lpa is gonna be challenging. All my colleagues said it's manageable with dual income but sometimes they still cut corners.
Way better in Gurgaon. RSUs over ESOPS.
However if you're single or dual income/no kids, and ready to hustle, those esops might be worth a lot more on IPO. Big gamble.
40lpa in gurgaon is the same as 55-60lpa in Bangalore easily.

My friend worked at MMT. According to him, MMT has a horrible culture, no work life balance and toxic managers.
And it's not project specific. It's a similar story more or less across the organisation.
I worked at mmt ggn. This is definitely not my feedback. which team was your friend in ?
I would have gone for MMT Gurgaon. Gurgaon as a location is better than Bangalore. No everyday fights over language. MMT is doing fine, heard from colleagues who came from MMT.
