What's the point of buying a plane ticket if it doesn't come with a seat. Like BC wtf do we pay for then? Airlines are scummy af

Indigo did that with me once. And worse if you check in at the airport counter, you have to pay extra as convenience fee or something. What I did: paid the fees and picked a seat. After clearing security check, filed a complaint with consumer forum online. In a week, I got a quiet refund of the seat price (300). That felt good 😀

Isn't Akasa a budget airline?

ps: i always do webcheckin at last moment, just before reaching the airport.
