Are married female managers incompetent?

Lets use this space to describe our managers- Mine is so toxic, Has a very sad life though he is married and has one year old baby, jealous to next level,No boundaries! My manager is the most stupidest person I have ever come across in my life. Good managers are leaders on whom you can fall back to when you fuck up! Mine is so toxic that he only wants to take credit of best things done in the organization and everything otherwise he would just put on me. Keep on assigning tasks at odd hours, will msg why is this not done that not done! He has even tried silent treatment with me, as if that would work 😂 I mean he would try to show me that he is so pissed off with me because I choose not to attend his calls in off office hours, or maybe when i choose not to respond to his bullshit. Keeps getting deep into the arses of management. Would be first one to attend any parties and also the last one to leave the vicinity. Sometimes I feel so pissed off when I see people like him not been held responsible for a toxic culture at the workplace and how simply they just get away in a day by putting everythibg else on others. Being on a leadership designation, he is still so much insecure that he would leave no stone unturned to keep me out of the meetings where any achievements or good stuff is being discussed 🤦🏼‍♀️

Base - 51LPA Bonus - 15% of Base RSUs - 150K USD over 4 years Joining Bonus - 10L Initially recruiter had offered 81LPA but I shared my hesitation to join the team offered because I had read a very serious red flag review about the manager of the team and tech lead on teammatemeter.com (refer the screenshot below). I had requested for another team but the recruiter said this is the only team available. Since I had another offer from Uber (72LPA), I declined the Google offer because I didn't wanted to risk my career. Next day the recruiter returned with improved offer but same team. I'm totally confused what to do. Should I take the risk for extra 19L or play it safe by joining Uber because ultimately the manager and teammates matter a lot.

Want to get some perspective here because I think it’d be valuable to hear about other people’s experiences. This job at Google has completely destroyed my confidence and I feel so paranoid about shipping anything now. I have made some mistakes but I have always caught them in staging or working drafts. Here is what my manager has said to me: - I lack attention to detail. - I do not have drive. - I do not have any ambition. And the reason I have been told this is because: I messed up a flow that the Lead PM had come up with in the first place. Then the Lead PM flips back on me and says that it would be "an embarrassment" to ship this. I find myself immersed in a constant cycle of spending hours each day reviewing work, gripped by the fear of facing criticism or even the prospect of being fired. Despite investing significant time and effort, it seems that the only feedback I receive is overwhelmingly negative. It has reached a point where I question myself and wonder if I should have not been here at all. This toxic work environment is undeniably draining, and I'm left grappling with insane anxiety. Has anyone else faced this?

I am planning to shift to Target 🎯 from Swiggy, please help me understand if I am taking the right decision

I have worked at Microsoft for a year at L59, got the job through campus selection. Despite of a lot of hard work, my manager said there is not much hope to promote me to L60 even after 6 more months. I landed an offer in Google, with 25 percent increase in inhand salary and almost same valued stock component as in my current CTC. Despite of the salary change being so good, I’ve had people telling me that this is not a good time to switch to Google because: 1. The laying off secenario at Google 2. The work life balance has become terrible there in the past year 3. There is a lot of office politics there, so bad working environment in general 4. Microsoft Stocks have a lot more potential than Google stocks Please share your opinions on Google vs Microsoft. Thanks.
