Is it a good time to buy a property in Bangalore? If we want to look for a good 3/4 BHK, which areas should we target? Also, what should be the budget we can consider, based on the current market?

My spouse and I have close to 95L to 1Cr in savings and investments. We can easily manage around 1Lac or more in EMI per month. Family can help more, it needed.

I am joining a new company which is remote first.

Does it makes sense to be in banglore?

Given that if i move to my home town, I will save 95% of my income.

I am confused because I also like banglore and dont like the idea of living with my parents.

But if i stay at home for 2 3 years, I would be able to buy a property in banglore when i move back in future.

I am planning on moving to BLR next year, most likely in Feb but definitely before the first quarter. The plan is to stay for a year to network amongst the startup crowd. 1) What are some good localities nearby where I could find apartments in a gated society? 
2) What is the best means to find a flat? (NoBroker, MagicBricks or brokers or a literal house hunt on foot)
3) Do the brokers charge brokerage every year for renewal of rental agreement?(as is the case in Pune)

I am looking for a budget & pet-friendly rental in Bangalore. Ideally, I need a place that is:

- **Affordable**: Preferably under 20,000 per month (sharing)
- **Location**: Would prefer something in or around Primrose Tower , Block 7B Embassy Tech Village Road, Marathahalli
- **Amenities**: Basic amenities are a must (water, electricity, etc.), furnished or semi-furnished is a plus, would like a gym and swimming pool in the complex 
- **Availability**: Ready to move in by July 2024
